PFM Advisory
Providing strategic Public Financial Management (PFM) Advisory services to Federal, State and Local Governments and supporting the design and implementation of fiscal and governance Reforms, including the implementation of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), Treasury Single Account (TSA), Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), budget reforms, fiscal transparency initiatives, and public procurement modernization. Leads the development of corporate and functional strategies for public and private sector organisations, enabling them to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence and competitive advantage. Expertise includes organizational transformation, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, performance management, operating model design, change management and digital transformation. Support organisations across diverse sectors in translating strategic objectives into actionable programmes and measurable outcomes.
Leadership and Capacity Building
Design, facilitation and delivery of leadership development and capacity building programmes for senior government officials and corporate executives. Led the organisaiton and coordination of international study tour programmes across Asia, Europe, America and Africa, exposing participants to global best practices and innovative governance models.
